isSubset(RRi,RRi) -- subset test for intervals

Function: isSubset
Usage:

x = isSubset(I,J)
Inputs:
- I, a real interval,
- J, a real interval,
Outputs:
- x, a Boolean value,

Description

Returns true if interval I is a subset of interval J.
